If you qualify:

  • A health coach will contact you to explain the programme and how it can support your health.
  • With your consent, your Premier Plus GP can enrol you through HealthID.

Your benefits

Once enrolled, you'll have access to the following benefits:

  • Up to two consultations with your Premier Plus GP in our network, to support your ongoing health needs..

Have you completed your Pharmacy Screening Assessment?

What is a Pharmacy Screening Assessment?

A Pharmacy Screening Assessment is a quick and valuable set of basic health screenings and preventive tests that help you understand your health and identify risks early. You're covered for one assessment a year.

Your assessment includes:

  • Blood pressure screening
  • Blood sugar testing
  • Cholesterol or lipogram tests
  • Weight or body mass index (BMI) assessments.

Why should I do Pharmacy Screening Assessment?

A Pharmacy Screening Assessment helps you take proactive control of your health by giving you valuable insights and support. It can help you:

  • Understand your health and, where applicable, your family's health
  • Identify health risks early, so more serious conditions can be treated and managed better, and help determine whether you qualify for the Disease Prevention Programme
  • Lower your healthcare costs over time by detecting and managing risks before they become more serious
  • Get more personalised care by giving your doctor and other healthcare professionals the information they need to tailor your treatment to your needs.
